Product Description

This much coveted sheepskin stool is made by Stickman a.k.a  James Carroll.

He has created this Sheep Stool- which has had such acclaim, from his workshop in Wicklow.  This stool is handmade using traditional woodworking techniques, plush Donegal sheepskin and ancient Irish Bog Oak legs. The genuine Irish Bog Oak is dated back from between 4,000 to 6,000 years old. The colour is black, this is because the wood has absorbed the tannins from the boggy water. Bog Oak is ‘’pre petrified’ wood that has been prevented from decaying for thousands of years.
