This southwestern steampunk brooch features broken and repurposed clockwork components. It’s made from an actual old mechanical watch. This piece is on an unusual gold tone mechanical watch movement with a brass steer stamping affixed to it. It measures approximately 1 inch in diameter.
Fanny Westgate was a Native American ancestor of mine and I wanted to honor her with a jewellery collection. This piece comes on the Fanny Westgate Steampunk label which is handmade by Courtney in Dublin, Ireland.
The nature of this piece is that no two will ever be the same, as every mechanical clockwork piece I source is different and individual. Yours may differ slightly from the one in this photo.
I go to great lengths to ensure that my jewellery including this Fanny Westgate Collection is made with quality components and that they are free from both nickel and lead. However, some people are allergic even to sterling silver or gold, so this is no guarantee if your skin is particularly sensitive. This piece is made with stainless steel.
We are more than happy to send this southwestern steampunk brooch as a present to anywhere in the world you like and can gift wrap, just let us know as a note in checkout.
